Recently, Sun Haiwei, Director of the Changchun Economic and Technological Development Zone Administrative Committee, led a delegation to conduct research at the Changchun subsidiary of Suzhou Jitian Xingzhou Space Technology Co., Ltd. They gained an in-depth understanding of the company's production and operations, technological R&D, and market development, and exchanged views on promoting technological innovation and industrial upgrading. Wang Ying, Director of the Administrative Committee's General Office; Wang Xiaoqiang, Chairman of the State-owned Assets Control Group and Director of the Optoelectronics Office; and Zhang Wei, Deputy Director of the Optoelectronics Office, participated in the research. They fully commended the company's remarkable achievements in its specialized fields. He noted that Jitian Xingzhou, as a key high-tech enterprise in the Economic Development Zone, focuses on niche sectors and deeply cultivates core technologies, fully demonstrating the growth potential and resilience of technology-based enterprises.
At the meeting, Director Sun Haiwei emphasized that enterprises should firmly grasp the key directions of scientific and technological innovation, continuously increase R&D investment, deepen collaborative innovation between industry, academia, and research, and accelerate the commercialization of technological achievements. They should actively integrate into the regional industrial layout, strengthen the integration of upstream and downstream resources in the industrial chain, and jointly build a more competitive innovation ecosystem. They should also focus on attracting and cultivating talent to lay a solid foundation for sustainable development. He urged relevant departments of the Management Committee to strengthen their service awareness, optimize resource support, provide all-round support for enterprise development, and help establish themselves as benchmarks for scientific and technological innovation.
